Work Environment
Chandler Unified School District is widely recognized as one of the top school districts in Arizona.  Although Chandler is one of the largest districts in the state, employees often comment about the small district atmosphere where people come first.  In a recent survey, 94% of CUSD employees said they were proud to work in Chandler and would recommend the district to friends and family.
