Searching for Accelerated Reader books is easy with this online tool.
The Accelerated Reader (AR) and Star programs are software that test for reading comprehension. Students choose books at their reading level, read independently, and then take a comprehension test on a school computer. Each book is worth a certain number of points based on its length and reading level. Students receive a percentage of these points based on how many of the test questions they get correct. AR keeps a record of their progress over the course the student's enrollment at San Marcos.
